Do I need to choose a package or pay now?

What is outside the fixed-fee packages?
Packages cover one straightforward single-owner entity in one formation state. Negotiated multi-owner arrangements, investor equity, vesting, complex allocations, financing, securities work, tax advice or filings, licenses, foreign qualification, commercial agreements, negotiations, registered-agent services, third-party charges, and ongoing counsel are excluded. These may require a separate RDL Law Group LLC engagement. The compliance calendar is an initial reference, not ongoing monitoring. No result or processing time is guaranteed.
